1. Who We Are

Simple Checklist is operated as part of PracticalPM. For support, contact support@practicalpm.pro. For privacy or data rights requests, contact privacy@practicalpm.pro. For grievance or legal compliance matters, contact grievance@practicalpm.pro.

2. Using the App

Simple Checklist lets users create reusable checklist templates, run checklists, update item statuses, import checklist items from CSV or Excel files, and export checklist data. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

If you are a minor under the laws that apply to you, use the app only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of the checklist names, templates, items, statuses, and files you provide. You give us a limited permission to store, process, display, import, export, back up, and transmit that content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the app.

Do not upload or enter content that is illegal, infringing, confidential without authorization, or personal data of others unless you have a lawful basis and authority to process it.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malware, abuse email flows, scrape or overload the service, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party infrastructure and providers, including Hetzner for hosting/server infrastructure and Resend for transactional email delivery. These services may process limited data needed to provide the app, such as email addresses, IP/log data, and email delivery metadata. The web app may also load Google Fonts for interface typography. 6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the app useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

Simple Checklist is a productivity tool. It does not provide legal, medical, safety, financial, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee that a checklist is complete, accurate, or appropriate for a particular use. Use your own judgment before relying on any checklist.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting privacy@practicalpm.pro from or with reference to your account email. We may retain limited records where required for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, or legitimate operational needs.

9. Governing Law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of PracticalPM, subject to mandatory consumer or data protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
